Undelivered item, refusal to compensate undelivered item
Two weeks ago I placed an order, amounted of 484,80 EUR total. One out of three items were missing, price of this item was 346,95 EUR - pretty expensive tho. Tried to reach out Customer Service, nobody seemed to really care about it. Since that day constantly writing them, still no response. Unbelievealy poor communication and ignorrance. Opened the complaint case, it has been two weeks already and nothing is solved. Guy from Customer Service center told me that he cannot help me further and now is just ignoring my e-mails. Still hope they will start to take proper care for their customers and gonna make me money refund for undelivered item!
Also, I returned items which appeared to be too large. Tracking information states that the returned items have reached their warehouse on 23.06.2022, have not received any e-mail confirmation about returned items registration since then. Contacted also their "qualitygroup", hope to hear from Nelly soon and HOPE FOR PROPER ACTION TO BE TAKEN!

they charged me all the sudden -37,90 after approximately month of ordering and returning the goods. I also never got a refund- also recharge. Gladly it is not a big sum- so I just closed my card and will file fraud report.
There was also not any additional documents that was sent to me- only random extra payment- so I recommend checking your own account months later too!

Edit- I was asked to contact qualitygroup which I did two times. Still no answers nor explanation. Please handle this internally and stop bouncing me from one customer support advisor to another and please take some ownership over the issue.

Still no refund after a month!!
I paid for my order at Nelly.com 286,55 euro’s and send back some items which resulted in a refund of roughly 200 euro’s. I received an e-mail on 09-02-2022 confirming that Nelly had received and processed my return correctly. To this day (09-03-2022) I have not received back a cent!! I already contacted Nelly 2 full weeks ago and I have been ignored ever since.. I used to be a loyal customer and order here frequently, but they have lost me after this experience. Don’t buy anything here, it is not worth the money, trouble and energy.
[EDIT] Finally after posting this bad review I got a response and I have received my refund back.

I'm very dissapointed. I have tried to reach out to you about some complaints, but i have not heard from you ever since (+6 months ago). I have now contacted the email for something called 'Quality group' and hope to hear from you soon!

Charged £80 at delivery from UPS as they say not tax has been paid. My 15 year old daughter has now been left with a 40% charge on a small order without any prior notice. This should be clearly explained on the website and certainly at point of booking

Would give a zero if I could. Awful company that hides behind tricky terms and conditions. Difficult returns which result in paying excessive charges that they will not hel you recover. The attitude of customer services is poor and sarcastic. Don’t even bother trying this company.

Terrible site with tiny clauses in the terms to catch you out. We won’t use them again and I suggest no body else does either. There are plenty of better online shops with out trickery and extra charges to navigate. Poor show Nelly, I hope your customers run out quickly, you’re certainly doing nothing to retain them.
***Update*** See the sweet message below? All fake, they do nothing to help. We got a full refund via PayPal. Do not use this useless company.
